In ancient times, the man treated the woman with great respect, recognizing her value. Ramses II wrote on the wall of the temple dedicated to his beloved wife Nefertari, in Abu Simbel: „I have built this temple for the one for whom the sun shines.”

They believed that the woman was made to make the connection between the seen and the unseen world, subtly bringing the necessary resources for creation in the physical plane. She is the one who was endowed to give and nourish, through her love, life.

Pshisical

The body is the most precious tool for a woman, through it she feels and emanates love, the purpose of a woman’s life. Unprocessed emotions are manifested physically through pain, muscle tension, anxiety, blockages, conditions.

Many women feel „intense activity” in the abdomen and ovaries during time spent in the temples. There are exceptional cases of miraculous cures of various ailments. The vast majority of women increase their energy levels, thanks to the subtle processes that take place in these places.

Emotional

Lack of self-awareness and disobedience to the body leads to emotional imbalance. Unhealthy emotional patterns, the demands of modern life, the wounds of women in society are stored in the body and block the woman’s native ability to feel love, pleasure and joy with every cell of her body.

Certain therapeutic practices done at times, but especially special places in temples (closed to the general public) are meant to trigger strong emotions, deeply hidden in our being.

The Retreat Program, conceived as a story

Welcome to Egypt! Your journey begins once the guide greets you at Cairo Airport. From that moment on, you can already enter the state of goddess. After picking up your luggage, you will be greeted in the luxury car that will transfer you to the hotel for check-in. Here you will meet the group of women who will be your „family” throughout the trip.

Then we head to Baharia Oasis.

This is how we begin our healing process, surrounded by virgin nature, simple life, as it was created. This reconnected to nature, ground us, working intensely on the first chakra.

Upon arrival, we enjoy lunch in a typical Bedouin restaurant, then start the 4 * 4 Jeep tour to the Sand Dunes and Salt Lake, where we can stop and enjoy walking. We will drive to the Black Desert (mountains and hills rich in black basalt), it seems that the wind after thousands of years exposed this basalt and scattered the rocks all over the area giving it a black appearance. Gebel El Marsos is one of the most famous mountains there and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape, it makes you feel that you are not on earth, but on another planet.

We will camp on the black desert, enjoying the camp fire and amazing silence.

We start our day with a unique easy yoga session ON THE DESERT!

After we enjoy a rich Egyptian-style breakfast.

The next stop will be the village of El Heiz and its spring bath (no jacuzzi can compare to the springs and fountains in Baharia Oasis).

We will continue to the Crystal Mountain. It is said to be a subvolcanic vault dating from the Oligocene.

From Crystal Mountain, we will drive off-road to Aqabat or Agabat is a small and beautiful valley with unusual mountain formations.

Then the White Desert which is a magnificent natural rock formation of the wind, over millions of years. Many of the bands receive funny names, such as tents, mushrooms, ice cream cones, ostriches, hawks and crickets; they are best seen at sunrise or sunset, when the sun turns them into shades of pink and orange or under a full moon, which gives the ghostly appearance.

Camping in the White Desert sleeping in a tent, Bedouin-style dinner is what awaits you, around the campfire.

Afterwards we will fully enjoy the unforgettable spectacle offered by the sky: the stars visible in a quiet atmosphere will help you to lie outside the tent and watch until your soul, mind and body are satisfied.

In the morning we enjoy the traditional breakfast and we only have time for ourselves until we leave for Cairo. It is a time for the integration of experiences, supported therapeutically by gentle, guided processes.

Once in Cairo we check out at the hotel for lunch, then we have a shopping session in a special store with traditional ceremonial clothes -the galabeya- that we will use in the visits to the temples. In this way, everything will be as authentic and deeply healing as possible.

We will spend the evening  on the magical streets of old Cairo, getting into the energy of the place, connecting as a group and strengthening its supportive energy.

After the breakfast, we will start with Giza Plateau: The Great Pyramid of Khufu, which is the oldest surviving miracle that has remained intact among the seven wonders of the world. It is known that the three pyramids in the Giza plateau are a very accurate mirror image of what we call the Orion Belt. It is known that the Great Pyramid aligns precisely with the cardinal directions north, south, east and west. In its sacred geometry is a magnetic pulse and an absence of the consciousness of death and decay.

We will continue with Panorama, the place where the workers’ graves are located. It is the best positioning where you can have amazing photos with all the pyramids together.

The next stop on our visit to the Pyramids of Giza will be the Great Sphinx, which is one of the largest monuments in the world. The sphinx is 73 meters long and 20 meters high and is carved from a single piece of stone. The sphinx is a statue with a human head and a lion’s body most likely for King Kharfe, the builder of the second pyramid.

The temple in the valley was built at the same time as the Sphinx and is known as the temple of mummification.

Open your heart and mind to hear from our guide the story of the mummification, the broken nose, the dream star and Tuthmosis IV.

After you find out the historical part from our wonderful guide, I will share with you the spiritual vision. It was not by chance that we chose to start our journey here.

According to the chakra system, the Pyramid complex vibrates energetically with the 7th chakra. That is, all divine support is ours for whatever we intend to happen these days.

It is the moment when you formally formulate your intention, in an energetically charged place, this journey. We will have our first therapeutic session of these 10 wonderful days, right here.

After satisfying the needs of the soul with this session, we will take care of creating memories with a photo session inspired by our experienced guide.

Before going to the hotel we will stop at the perfume and sacred oil shop, where you can choose the essences that can support you on this journey, according to the intention set. A „healer” perfumer, with a holistic view, will offer you personalized assistance.

In the evening we fly to Aswan and sleep in the Nubian village.

In the morning we leave for Abu Simbel Temple.

Abu Simbel’s two temples are located in the village of Abu Simbel, 280 km south of Aswan and 40 km north of Sudan. They were built by King Ramses II of the 19th dynasty between 1284 and 1264 BC. on the west bank of the Nile, on the rocks.

The temple of Ramses II or the so-called temple of the sun was dedicated to the four gods, including Ramses as god. The temple was dedicated to Ptah, Re-Hor-Akhty, Amon-Re and Ramses. Every year, on February 22nd and October 22nd, Egypt celebrates the festival of the sun as the sun passes through the temple from the gate until the altar illuminates 3 faces of the gods, while the faces of Ptah, the god of darkness, remain in darkness forever.

Abu Simbel’s consciousness provides access to the divine, unified mind and is a key to your evolution as a heart-mind being. Abu Simbel’s energy helps to use the divine mind to connect you to something you would like to learn or model. The divine mind is a network of enlightened consciousness that connects us all.

The small temple was built for King Ramses’ most beloved wife, Queen Nefertari.

Also here in ancient times the queen-priestess were initiated. The temple was dedicated to the goddess Hathor, the goddess of love, sex, fertility and protection. Here you will receive the blessing and initiation of Hathor (goddess of heart and soul) inside the temple.

After receiving the highest gift of all: the energy of love (the Temple of Isis) and now we are ready to aspire to reconnect with your true self and soul. Abu Simbel is the place where this energy can be felt.

Open up and feel the strong energy here. This will be the solid foundation for rebuilding a new self in the journey ahead.

After a two-hour visit to the great Abu Simbel temples, you will recognize that you are capable of much more than you realize.

We will return to Aswan to embark on a cruise on the Nile for the next 3 days.

On the boat we will have a guided integration session and preparation for the next experience of our process of transformation, healing and connection to power.

Breakfast on board the Nile Cruise and then we will start visiting the Temple of Philae. This magnificent temple is dedicated to Isis, the goddess of love, joy, motherhood, rebirth, healing and magic.

The Roman writer Apuleius glorified her as „the mother of the stars, the father of the seasons and the mistress of the whole world.”

The Philae Temple was built as a reflection of the human body. The outer part of the temple representing the feet. As you advance in the temple, you move upward through the body until you reach the place of divine wisdom, the head.

The conscience available at the temple of Isis is pure love. As you come into contact with love in its purest form, it changes you.

The goddess Isis is the goddess of love, joy, motherhood, rebirth, healing and magic. Her energy opens the woman to her own femininity. Supports the opening of the heart, the most precious treasure of a woman. When the love in a woman’s heart flows freely, any blockage melts away.

It is the first temple with which we begin the pilgrimage, precisely so that the energy of love may guide us in the days to come.

After leaving the temple, we go to a divine place, the „Gate of the Initiated Priestesses of Isis” in the middle of the Nile, where we will have the session of integrating those who lived in the temple.


After lunch the boat start sailing and by sunset we visit the only double temple Kom Ombo.

This is a typical double temple: it has two of them. The southern part was built for Sobek, which represents dark, yin and negative; and the north for Horus, which represents light, yang, and the positive.

At Kom Ombo you connect to the beginning of time, when everything was unified, divine and whole. In that light and darkness, up and down, before and after were unified as one.

Kom Ombo allows your body parts to train at all their ideal frequencies and resonances. It’s a recalibration.

Kom Ombo is a great place to work with any kind of physical imbalance or distortion in your being as it restores balance.

During our visit to the Kom Ombo Temple, we will be able to experience the struggle between our lower and upper selves. This experience allows us to deal with thoughts that keep us in a state of fear, negativity, and prevent us from ascending to our higher states driven by purpose, inspiration, will, confidence, and strong awareness and vision, such as Horus. .

It is a place where you can find out that everything is the way you create it. Where you focus, that’s where the energy grows.

The temple symbolizes the right division in all. And everything you do has witnesses: „eyes that have seen, ears that have heard” (as we will see represented on the temple wall).

At the end of the visit to the temple we will have the integration and liberation session through a ritual process.

Then we will have free time to let the energy settle.

Continuing the cruise, we will stop to purify ourselves in the magical water of the Nile to complete the process of liberation.

Returning to the boat we will have a preparatory session for the next stop the next day.

We enjoy breakfast on board before we begin our tour of the Temple of Horus or the Temple of Marriage with horse-drawn carriages.

Edfu Temple is one of the most beautifully preserved temples in Egypt.

The Edfu Temple is the Chakra of the Solar Plexus. Here you store fear when you are in a negative state.

Now is the time to release the fear that holds you back from divine love, creativity, and the manifestation of an abundant life.

In other words, the temple shows the ancient battle between good (upper self) and evil (lower self). At the Edfu Temple you will connect with your hidden emotions.

We will visit the sanctuary behind the temple – (the temple of Horus), where its energy is still very much present. Dressed in white. This is the place for the inner marriage between male and female. Receiving the protection of Horus.

At the end of our tour of the Temple of Horus, we will head for our cruise on the Nile to sail to Luxor via the Esna lock.

We enjoy our last breakfast on board before starting our tour to Luxor.

The next stop will be at an antique shop, where we will see the statuettes carved from various stones and the benefits that each one has.

Lunch will be at a local restaurant before heading to the west bank of the Nile to visit the Karnak Temple.

The temple is the largest ancient religious center in the world. It was built over hundreds of years.

Karnak has so many offers to offer, but the most magnificent of these is to be yourself.

The experience of the complete self, acceptance and inner resonance.

You unite and become harmonious with everything you are. You will have the opportunity to understand each other, to accept each other and to love each other. You will reconnect to the energy of your signature and you will access your goal.

One of the most amazing places in Karnak is the chapel of the goddess Sekhmet. We will have our integration session right in this room, connecting with the energy of the Goddess and asking her to lead each of us through our own strength, will and courage.

At the end of the day, we will check in at the Steigenberger Hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel then we drive an hour and a half to visit the Dendera Temple.

On the west bank of the Nile River is the Temple of Dendera, one of the most amazing temples in all of Egypt. The temple offers a mixture of influences from Egyptian, Greek and Roman culture.

Explore the only representative of Cleopatra VII, the crypts, the Coptic church, the sacred lake and the temple of Isis.

Discover, find amazing astronomical scenes on ceilings and zodiacal sculptures. You will be overwhelmed by everything you will see in this temple, as it is one of the few temples that still has a stone roof and a famous building at the top of the roof.

Dendera is known to be an energetic template for joy. It hosts the energy of the sensuality of the goddess Hathor (goddess of dance, music, love, frivolity and ecstasy).

Dendera is a chapel of divine inspiration, creative energy and passion, a pattern of joy that is intact in terms of energy and availability.

Moreover, it has the Chapel of the Heart Chakra, the Isis Room. Here we will have a special healing session.

This temple offers the coronation of the feminine. Isis’s room is the place that opens your heart and fills you with eternal love that will guide your life from now on.

It is the place where you can be put in the service of love in your life. It is the celebration of the journey.
